The volume was published during Alessandro Bazan's great personal exhibition, curated by Sergio Troisi, held in Marsala back in 2016 (July 16th - October 16th).
Both during the exhibition and inside the catalogue there are 35 artworks, made from 1999 to 2016: a rich collection which includes many unknown pieces, and which traces more than 15 years of activity of one of the most relevant painters of the Italian contemporary art panorama. With him, Francesco De Grandi, Andrea Di Marco and Fulvio Di Piazza, the four components of the so-called "Scuola di Palermo" (School of Palermo).
On Glifo Publishing. The word "glifo" comes from Greek and it was used to indicate any kind of sign that was made on a surface. The name is a symbol of the mission of the publishing house, which wants to unite the past and the present of the publishing industry and carry them into the future.
