This suggestive view of Castelbuono shows the heart of the town: among the rooftops you can spot the bell tower of the ex Chiesa del SS. Crocifisso, now Centro Sud, a place where many concerts and cultural events take place. The bell tower of the Chiesa Maria SS. Assunta (Matrice Vecchia) and the Clock Tower welcome you into the main town square, Piazza Margherita, while at the end you can already see the Ventimiglia Castle in all its ancient beauty, surrounded by a clear blue sky and the Madonie mountains.
