"Cuori Ribelli" (Rebel Hearts) is Maurizio Pometti's most recent artistic project. With it, he aims at facing what he himself calls "his ghosts": not just his family, but also all that revolves around it, fears and tremors belonging to his deeper self. Rather than succumb to them however, the artist reacts, and through his paintings learns to become aware of them, to own them and finally to be free of them.
